Today I have wonderful Kristen Simmons on the blog. She is the author of The Article 5 series as well as the upcoming novel, The Glass Arrow, coming in January 2015
THREE is the final book in the Article 5 serie, how do you feel now that the serie is over?
It’s exciting in a way, as well as heartbreaking. It will be sad to say goodbye to these characters after so long. But when you walk around with people in your head for that long, they become like guests who’ve overstayed their welcome. Ha. I love Chase and Ember, but I am ready to take a break from them for a little while.
Could you tell us what your next project will be?
Yes! My next book, The Glass Arrow, takes place in a society where women are endangered. One girl is caught and sold for breeding purposes. Her struggle becomes breaking free to reunite with her family. It comes out in January 2015 and I’m so excited!
I guess when you write you have your ups and downs. What is your motivation that keeps you going?
